The Game of Relationships
Ethics and Creative Care

The 3-Step Method
The Relationship Game
is a novel approach for professionals in the helping professions across the medical, social, psychological and educational sectors.
This approach is based on a solid ethical foundation for all professionals in their daily work and benefits people of all ages, whatever their circumstances and the suffering they experience in their lives.
Creative Ethics offers a different perspective on human beings and their potential to alleviate the suffering inherent in existence or to free themselves from its burden by daring to creatively confront the sources of their distress.
Relational creativity: a lever
The ‘Game of Relationships’ approach opens up a new way of relating, in which ‘relational creativity’ acts as the lever for a helping relationship based on deep respect.
It enriches professionals in their work and makes a fundamental and positive contribution to the daily lives of those they support.
We can therefore speak of an antidote to burnout through the fulfilment of the potential of both professionals and service users.
A training programme for professionals
The Relationship Game is aimed at professionals in institutions such as those caring for children in care, adults in care, and teams that supervise or train professionals.
Nurses, educators, social workers, volunteers, as well as all kinds of discussion, support or counselling groups—such as in the case of interviews and moments of relaxation and exploration with children or adults—are therefore relevant to this approach.
The relational process
In all cases, the Creative Pedagogy associated with this approach ensures the introduction of creative and natural media and suggestions for creative practice that have nothing to do with artistic or aesthetic disciplines.
What matters is the creative quality of the relational process that develops between professionals and service users.
In May 2024, a creative seminar on the Game of Relation finally launched this approach.
